Good for its price
The hotel is small, the staff is nice but their English is somehow limited. The breakfast is good and abundant. I had a very terrible night when a group of Polish teenagers arrived at 1 am and they were horsing around, yelling, bouncing and even call me on the phone. They didnt stop until 3:30 am and I had to go to the receptions desk to complain for the noise. I know this is not the hotels fault but I read other reviews and found that this is common, so be advice, noisy people tend to be guests of this hotel.
Traveler's tip
It was difficult to get there from the train station. You can take tram 10 and walk from the stop to Jozefa street and a couple of blocks away youll find the hotel in a corner. It is located outside Cracows downtown, but it is easy to get there and the walk is beautiful. It is close to the Jew quarter, but the synagogues arent as beautiful as the ones in Prague
