LOBBY LOOKS NICE - ROOM WAS (- 1) STAR
The room’s are in deplorable condition! I rate it minus 1 on European standards. Matress was 3 inches thick, matress platform to small for the matress. Sat on edge of bed, 6 inches from floor, and matress flipped over. Bathroom to dirty to take a shower in. Hair and grime on bathroom floor. Room was maybe 9’x9’. We had 2 rooms and the other was just as bad. Hotel can not be found as "Hotel Nieuw" which is a nice hotel in Amsterdam. Must look for "Hotel Nieuw Slotiana" (tricky). Hotel on bus line to main center. Would not reccommend especially if you have females or children traveling with you.
