Will not go back!!!!!
The Hotel Gallia Londres was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 12 days in France. The room was noisy and the air-conditioner would not work for the last 40 hours we were there. Notification about this problem to the front desk did not bring any relief for us.

Great Location and Value
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the santuary entrance and made it very easy for us to rest in the room during the day in between processions, shopping and other activities.
Traveler's tip on dining
The hotel rate paid through Expedia includes a buffet breakfast daily, which we didnt know. If we had known this before the last two days of our stay, we would have saved the money we spent to eat breakfast outside the hotel.

Great location but a little dated
Great location in a nice hotel in Lourdes. The rooms were okay. I had a sanctuary view -- but it was not a basilica view. The room was a little dated but comfortable. However the bathroom window had only sheers on it. So there was not a proper curtain -- so in the evening I had to bathe in the dark for fear of being seen by those out on the street.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Very convenient to the Grotto and sanctuary. However it is in a very busy street with literally hundreds of people on foot and vehicle traffic.

Excellent location!!!!
The Hotel Gallia Londres has a wonderful location very close to the St. Josephs gate entrance to the sanctuaries. The room we stayed in had a balcony from which you could see the processions and hear the beautiful music. The trade off is that it is a very old hotel and the room I stayed in was pretty run down. The plumbing in the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor. When I reported it, they were very quick to respond though.
