Nice Staff but not very custormer friendly,
Nice enough staff but no one wants to go the extra effort to assist any one, and many of the front desk staff rude. No room service, rooms show wear and the cleaning staff just make the bed no more, they do not take out the trash or trays. The towels were of poor quality and dirty, I brought my own to use just in case, glad I did, and finally the prices at the restaurant were just to costly. Would not stay there again, and would not recommend it to my friends.

Servicable
Jury’s was ok for a night before (or after) a transatlantic flight. The food was nothing special - if you didn’t want the buffet breakfast you could pay 3 quid for toast and tea, and they put butter on my turkey sandwich even though I specified no fats. Oh well. The bed and room were fine.
