I just resently visited merida mexico for a business trip, the Holiday INN hotel did offer all the needs fir my stay, but there were some things that need to be improve like there are no hotel shuttles to pick you up from the airport. the rest was Ok great rooms great comfort, very friendly pleople I recommend this hotel

Holiday Inn Merida
Very nice personnel and the rooms are perfect. Nice Balcony overlooking a central plaza with a fountain. Great menu and a super nice and confortable bed. It exceded my expectations.

Good hotel - poor breakfast
This hotel was nice. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast, which can be add at extra cost was not particularly bad, but they did silly thinks, like no refills, and making you to chose between a fruit plate or a juice, but not both. Little saving for them, but very unfriendly.
