A wonderful B&B with a great staff. Convenient location. Beautiful building. I would absolutely recommend this for business or leisure.

Wonderful hotel!
The Morris House Hotel is a beautiful Victorian hotel. The rooms have fireplaces and built-in floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. It doesn’t look like a hotel; it was like we were staying at a friend’s mansion. It is my dream house! The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Historical Treat
What a wonderful treat! I stayed during the Christmas Holiday and felt like I was travelling back in time in a wonderful novel! I felt pampered with the beautiful antiques and exquisite interior design. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to travellers!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I was able to walk to Washington Square, Independence Hall & the Liberty Bell in less than 10 minutes. I hope to bring my husband & daughters back to explore historic Philadelphia some more. It was a short and safe walk to Jefferson Hospital where my sister was staying.
