Excellent service
Every interaction was with a pleasant employee from check in, in the coffee shop, in the restaurant and in the adjacent water park. I have not received service like this in a long time!!!!

hot tub and pool area in poor repair
hot tub appeared murky,sauna not working carpet in pool area cold and wet, no other people in pool area but must have been 100 dirty towels laying about, room however was clean and in good repair
