Good hotel, front desk lady was mean
the lady at the front desk of this hotel in Waterbury was very rude. she often gave me dirty looks. i dont know her name, but she is Albanian and she is very skinny. when she gave me my credit card back, i stood there for like a minute waiting for my room card. then she said "oh did i forget the card?" she looked very lost. she did not know how to do her job. i could of done a better job than her. the manager really needs to find a replacement beause she did not smile at all. she had a very rude look on her face. also, she kept looking at my boyfriend. she really needs an attitude adjustment. i didnt want to stay after meeting her but my boyfriend convinved me. she needs to get another job and not be that the front desk, because with her attitude and rude looks, people get mad and would want to leave. when we walked in to check in, she just looked at us. she didnt say hi or welcome. i had to say hi first. that was very rude and doesnt need to be tolerated. if the manager is reading this, please find a replacement or move her to another position and away from guests other than that, the hotel was beautiful. we had a deck that overlooked the inside of the hotel. the jacuzzi was so nice and warm. not too cold not too hott. the pool water was kinda cold, but we got used to it. the restaurant did not have much food choices but it was a cute place to eat at. id recomment this hotel, but check in when that lady is not working at the front desk, because she will give u rude looks.
