room was very outdated...tub had not been cleaned... wet towels everywhere

staff, especially desk clerks, were extremely accomadating and pleasant
The hotel is undergoing some upgrading and renovations. However, it was still very nice. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Dinner and breakfasts were great and the wait staff was great. I’d definitely go back.

Great location to tour around the cape and especially to walk the streets to shop.
