Nice place....very clean and conveniently located next to shops restaurants & offices. Didnt like the fact they chrage a dollar for every call i made to toll free numbers.

A good place to stay

I have been staying at the Novotel in Mississauga four times in the last 2 years. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is a good place to eat.

Our base camp year after year for Mississauga

Really nice hotel, excellent location.Almost 24 hour taxi stand outside the front door,along with rental car agencies.Not to mention the exquisite Cafe Nicol restaurant. Ideally located for a quick shopping stay in Mississauga as its close to Square One and also pretty decent restaraunts. Rooms were a bit dusty this time around though, but room service tried their best to clean up for us. Very pleasant and courteous staff. I love and recommend this hotel very much for couples and families.

I don’t want to introduce this hotel to my friend

The people of the front desk are not nice at all, no smile. The hotel hallway is dirty and smell, the bathroom got no fan. You don’t get what you paid for it, my family was so upset about this stay.

Most convenient hotel in Mississauga

Excellent hotel to stay. We stayed here for a week and very satisfied with the location, the cleaning ladies did an excellent job, the breakfast buffett had a good selection, the restaurant service good, and the front desk personnel are all very helpful. The hotel is very clean and located in a good area of town. I noticed that the ones really helpful were the staff that came from the Philippines. They are the ones most accommodating.

The hotel is close to major highways. The restaurants near by (Spring Roll and Vegetarian Indian) were excellent. Hertz & Avis and Square One Mall - steps away from the hotel. All made this a pleasant experience.

Not impressed

Hotel is tired.. stained rugs, dated decor. TV reception fuzzy, power plugs scarce. Staff is friendly. Price is high for value. Paid parking in small parkade.

A good place to stay in center of Mississauga

Rooms are nice. The front desk is very efficient and helpful. The manager was excellent in the way he helped me in case I had to extend my stay. Also the restaurant is a good place to eat. I had requested a non smoking room with one queen bed. But got a non smoking room with 2 double beds. I would have preferred the queen which would have made the sitting area spacier

I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone

the air conditioner did not work and the non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. it had no microwave and the prices were outrageous in the dining room. The location is very confusing and the staff was very irate when asked questions regarding the airconditioner.

and stay at the staybridge suite down the street. brand new with microwaves and the works for a cheaper price.

Great hotel, bad cafe

The hotel itself was great in my opinion; clean, friendly staff, and quick response to needs. Cafe Nicole was awful. While the wait staff were friendly, they were unbelievably slow. If you were actually waited on, you had to wait a long time to get your drinks. The food was mediocre at best. At one point a guest dropped a tray of glasses and it took over a 1/2 hour before someone cleaned it up and it was in the middle of the entrance (several people had stepped in it and/or tripped in it walking in. They didn’t even clean it properly, there was still glass on the floor the next day. I would stay here again but I would make sure to check for alternate eating places.

Don’t buy anything in the gift shop unless you like to give your money away, everything is at least twice the price of anywhere else, sometimes three times the price.

a very good experience with Novotel

the only major note is the internet connection was not stable espcially on the upper floors, and the elevators are so slow, but all in all its a very good one

Not too bad

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is quiet, which is really nice when you are trying to get a good nite rest. The rooms have some interesting decorations and very modern design. The lobby is very nice as it has a very open and airy feel to it with lots of windows. The parking garage seems like it was designed for clown cars as it is very small. If you are renting a car I recommend something small so you don’t smash it up un the garage making the 90 degree turns.

Just in case you need anything there is a very big mall close with just about anything you could need as well as movie theaters and fine dinning close as well.

Would go back again!

very nice hotel, nice comfortable room, ended up in a non-smoking room when requested smoking, was moved the next morning. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Close to malls and Playdium!
