Not so great this time.
I have stayed at the Millenium several times and it has always been OK. My room was not very clean this time and there was nothing the front desk was willing to do. I did get a free breakfast through Expedia, it was not great and it took almost a half an hour to get the check. The waitress ignored me and my repeated attempts to get her attention. I was not very happy as I needed to get to a meeting. Unfortunately, due to the location, I will most likely stay there again. Very convenient for my business meetings.

Stayed 1 night and the hotel had everything you could need, lots to do and very comfortable.

The Hotel is quiet, but has a lot around it, shopping mall is walking distance.

Millenium Hotel Buffalo,NY
room located with indoor pool outside my door.It was extremely noisy until 10 p.m. when the pool closed. room was musty and in need of an update. Phone in room could not connect directly to room service and I had to go through the operator when I ordered. Had breakfast in the room and came back later that evening and my dirty dishes had not been picked up. I called for them to get it and left it outside the door as the leftovers had at this point fermented. The next morning when I was leaving for a meeting, the tray was still outside my door! I would not recommend this hotel nor go back.
