Will never stay here again
The first room we had smelled so bad we had to go out a buy some air freshner. The staff was not helpful. We had a different room the 2nd night because we had 1 less person. That room was cleaner and did not smell as bad. The area was also bad. Men were gathering across the street looking for work each morning. Didn’t feel safe in the area. We paid alot for a hotel like this.

Must have a car for shopping and dining. Nothing close. I would be afraid to walk in the area.

Wouldn’t return
Left a pillow and other personal items in room at check out, by mistake. Neither item turned in to lost and found. Fingernail clippings on the couch pillows in plan view, don’t think much of housekeeping staff.

Nothing but praise for staff and hotel
We liked it so much, we came back and stayed our last night in California. For the money, it was the best place to stay. The staff were wonderful.
