Hotel Aalborg
This family hotel is situated in the old part of Amsterdam "Old South / Oud Zuid" opposite a nice green park named Sarphatipark. All the museums, the famous Albert Cuyp Market and Rembrandt square at at walking distance. Also the public transport is very good and near by.

The hotel in Amsterdam is not satisfatory at all
The hotel is small and not well equiped. All rooms, including bedroom and bathroom, are not in good shape. Carpets are old and dusty/musty. No air-condition and the fan is not working properly. The phone was not working at all. When I asked them to fix it, they did not and gave me a bizarre explanation. The overall condition is below any standard.
