Would Love to Come Back!
This definitely exceeded our expectations! Each room is decorated a little different and done very well. There are lots of stairs as this is an old building; but is tolerable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. We were there during the week for the "continental" faire ~ lots of delicious choices; as well as over the weekend for the "full" faire ~ homemade items...yum, yum! It was a wonderful quiet stay and there is lots of activity at the Pier and beach!! Plenty of diner places. The owner of this B’B is very gracious and knowledgeable of the area. We did drive south to some of the other towns and I am so glad I chose this B’B... :) :) :) I find it difficult to find a place to stay if I am not familiar with the area ... Didn’t want to leave for my meeting!
Cedars and Beeches is a lovely bed and breakfast that provides the business traveler with a delightful alternative to the "same old, same old" tired and true business hotel. With its charming structure, beautiful interior, lovely porch, and wonderful staff, Cedars and Beeches is now at the top of my list of places to stay when business takes me to the northern New Jersey area. Located less than two blocks from the Jersey shore, there is plenty to see, do, and places to eat - ranging from quaint burger drive thrus to more elegant fare up the road. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this B&B
