Great rooms great service
the hotel and the staff Are super Nice and as friendly as they can be The rooms were clean and comfortable the on short fall is food choice is limited but if your just in to sleep before going on the cruise it is wonderful Heather is amazing .

Holiday Inn Express Bitter/Sweet Experience
I saw on Holiday Inn Express website that they offer bus shuttle from the Jacksonville Airport to their hotel. Needless to say I was very very pleased for this accommodation. The problem that our group (six of us) had was that the driver didn’t pick us up from the airport until about 6:00p.m. Oh did I mention that we had informed this hotel that our flight would be in at 4:30p.m. To add to our frustration, the temperature outside was at least 95 degrees or greater. When we finally arrived at Holiday Inn Express after my fourth or fifth call, the staff was very apologetic. From what I understood the driver, even though he was very nice guy, picked up another group without asking them if they were going to the Holiday Inn Express. Believe it or not, after the driver realized that he had the wrong group he still took them to their destination. In the meantime, we had no choice, but to wait because they only had one van available at that time. This hotel did decide to take us wherever we wanted to eat for dinner that night. We also depended on this hotel to take us to the pier because we were going on a cruise. We had to wait at least an 1 1/2 to get a van, once again this same driver messed up again (someone locked the keys in the van). My last comment(s) about Holiday Inn Express is that our room were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was filling. The staff was very nice and once again apologetic for their mistakes.
