Water Heating Malfunction - Moody Reception
We stayed at Achat Stuttgart only for a shower and sleep one night... I was informed by the staff that the pillows were missing in my room... and they took 3 hours to manange to get two flat pillows for us... When I decided to take a shower another big surprise. The water heating was not working!! As I didn’t find out how to call the front desk, I had to dress up myself, go down 7 floors, to talk to the front desk staff. The moody girl, told me that the heating was not working that night!!! When I asked when they could fix the problem, in a surly way, she told me that "maybe in the morning"... If I knew this before, I would contact Expedia and ask for check in another hotel... NEVER WILL STAY IN ANY ACHAT HOTEL AGAIN IN MY LIFE! This is the first time I not recommend an Expedia Hotel. I think Expedia should not list this hotel anymore in the website.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Porsche Museum is 600ft from the hotel although it is ridiculous. There are people wich have more Porsches in their garages than the museum. They are building a new museum but it is expected to open only next year. There is a Mc Donalds beside the hotel.
