Really bad service
The room we stayed at was very dirty. The service was poor, the employees in the front desk were not helpful at all. We also forgot two personal items in the room and they threw them away as they told us. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.

Nice hotel for $$
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. In nice area of Downers Grove with several restraunts nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay there and would return again.

Internet didn’t work and called the 800 number twice. Door broken on closet. However, breakfast was really good.
