Will go back
Excellent location, just a few steps from metro station, Nestroyplatz on U1 underground line. A diect line from the airport also comes to the station. Very clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms. It also serves a very good continental breakfast. The hotel should consider airconditioning the rooms as it gets quite warm at night in summer and the traffic sounds are disturbing, especially in the rooms facing the main road. I would recommend this hotel and use it myself again. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes away by metro and the Prater amusement park is also within walking distance. The front desk staff speak fluent English and are most helpful.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The underground gets one to all the main sights in Vienna very fast and with ease. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance from the centrally located Stephenplatz, including good restaurants. A beautiful Imperial city with very well maintained and imposing buildings.

No Air Conidtioning! Loud Street Noise! Expensive!
This was the worst part of our Europe trip for my wife and I. This was the most expensive hotel. No air conditioning when it was almost 100 degrees F during the days. I had to pay something like $30 for my car storage for 2 days. The room itself was nice otherwise. The hotel staff was nothing special. I would not stay here again, and I will probably never want to go back to Vienna. Oh yeah, and to top it off, loud church bells went off at 6:30am every morning!!
Traveler's tip
If you stay here, request a room not facing the street! Hopefully it wont be as loud!
