Athens slum

The room was fine, the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was frightening. If you stay here, do not leave at night without a taxi. The sidewalks around the hotel reek of urine. The most convenient walk to Central Market or to Monistiraki Square take you through one of the scariest streets I can imagine. I would not return to this hotel again without an armed bodyguard.

Nice Hotel- We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We rented 2 rooms for our family. The hotel is maintained very well. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The area that the hotel is located in seemed a little rundown, but many parts of Athens are. We were out walking to and from the subway all hours and never had any negative encounters with anyone. In fact, we stopped and chatted with many of the people and they were all very friendly aand eager to help with directions or reccomendations for things to do and see.

A good hotel

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast that is provided is excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood appears to be very rundown, but, we walked from the metro station late at night and had no problems. We would stay there again.
