This is a good property.
We found the sleeping area of our room to be a little smaller than advertised but it was fine. The bathroom however was very good and very modern with a large tub/shower and good soap etc... The desk staff all spoke perfect english and were very accomodating and helpful. The included breakfast was simple but with excellent fresh fruit salad every morning until 11:00! The location was good, very close to several subway lines and walking distance from anywear in the centeral area. I would stay at this hotel again as long as the price stayed right.

Juana M in the cenral dist. is very cool and cheap! Otherwise eat in Polermo.

We will certainly come back
The room and other areas of the hotel are very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, without exaggeration. Hotel staff is very friendly and (really) answers to our requests in minutes, something you don’t see that often nowadays. Good cost x benefit ratio.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Puerto Madero looks more beautiful than ever - just walk along the river makes us feel good, and it is a nice 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything nice, but.....
The hotel was extremely nice except for the carpet in the hallway. I was on the 6th floor and the carpet was stained/dirty. The rooms however were nicely furnished and the replininshing complimentary mini-bar was a big time saver. It was not a treasure chest of refreshments but served as a major convenience factor. The rooms were nice. The floors did squeak but it was not more than you would expect from an older building. Overall it was a pleaasant experience and I wil be staying there when I go back again next month.

Great hotel, but neighborhood at night...
Hotel location is close to the main attractions. However, don’t expect the fanciest neighborhood. It is in the city center and really crowded/noisy during the day, but very lonely at nights.

Puerto Madero is walking distance from the hotel an has great places for lunch/dinner. I tried "Cabaña Las Lilas": the price and quality were great!

Pleasant stay, good location
Everything was as you’d expec for this standard of hotel. Main dissappointment was the constant noise of the aircon unit next to the rooftop pool which was itself a little cramped,yet attractive.

This is a superb location for all the attractions and felt safe walking about, even at night. But we were very dissappointed with the amount of people out rummaging through the garbage collecting recyclable goods leaving behind a dreadful mess of litter etc all over the streets.We often trekked home walking through rubbish.

Exceptional location and excellent quality hotel
My wife and I visited 725 Continental as an anniversary trip, and could not have been happier with our choice. This is a modern hotel in a remodeled traditional BsAs building, and showcasing an unbeliveably central location on Diagonal Norte, close to Paza Mayor, around the corner from Avenida Florida shopping (and an ultra-convenient Citibank branch), and down the street from Obelisco on the main drive. A short taxi drive takes you anywhere else you might want to go (Puerto Madera restaurants and historical sites in Recoleta are 5 minutes away). I plan to always choose this hotel on future visits to Buenos Aires.
Traveler's tip on dining
Try a grea restaurant I have not seen listed anywhere: Grant’s, a buffet only family style restaurant in Recoleta. Incredibly low price for all you can eat meant, fish, veggies, salad bar. Great for people watching and appreciating daily BsAs life.

Only problem we had was with the electronic keycard which kept demagnetizing for some reason. Close to the underground which is a real bargain
