Very old
Old motel in poor shpe much deferred maitenance.In a declining neighborhood.I could never get my wife to go back to this place. Looked like a low end hourly rent

So-So
A few things I would change/improve: - deadbolt or multiple locks on door for safety. - new AC units. - paint outter units for appearance. - cleaner restrooms. Other than those listed above, this Motel was okay and I would return again.
