Good for a short stay .
Location is out of the city center. It is like in the middle of street markets. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The tour desk offers practical suggestions on the suitable tour .

Vey good value for the money
The hotel is not in the center of town, but close enough. Breakfast buffet, service, and the market next to it make it very comfortable. Plenty of inexpensive and nice food stands/restaurants around it.

loved the Windsor
Friendly, helpful staff, excellent executive floor, well worth the extra money. The happy hour appetizers were enough for dinner. The location is in China Town away from the sites, but no one walks in Ho Chi Mihn City anyway due to the millions of dangerous motorbikes on the roads and sidewalks. Excellent tour desk.

Good Hotel
Good hotel for the money. Located in District 5, to be more in the center of HCMC move closer to District 1. Not that far from Windsor but traffic is terrible. Exec Flooor is nice. Internet works well. More of an upscale tourist hotel than a business hotel.

Stay on Exec Floor; great breakfast and happy hour drinks/canapes. Also you get 2 free pieces of laundry service for each night’s stay. So if you are there for 3 nights, you can give them 6 pieces the first day at no charge.

NICE HOTEL IN CHINATOWN HCMC
Very nice and comfortable hotel locate in Chinatown. Great hotel for the price. Not the best location, however, they have shuttle buses that run all day until midnight into center of town. and there is a three story shopping mall attached to the hotel.

Good But A Little Out of Downtown
The Windsor Plaza Hotel is a good hotel, particularly if you book the executive rooms. These permit access to the lounge on the 25th floor where there is always free food and drinks plus internet access. The breakfast buffet is amazing--the selection is endless--from western style to all types of Asian style food is available. The hotel is not in the heart of downtown so you will have to either take the hotel’s shuttle (very convenient) or take a cab which costs only a few dollars. The staff had a little problem understanding my requirement to add an additional day to my stay. As a result, there was no room available on the final day of my stay and I had to change hotels. Therefore, be careful when dealing with the front desk. Make sure they understand your request.

The tour group in the hotel is quite good. Trips to the Mekong Delta and the Cu Chi Tunnels are well worth the money.
