Cute lil’ town of Empoli
Keep in mind that this hotel is about a 20-30 minute train ride from Florence and a 45 minute taxi ride from Florence. I wish I had known that this hotel was not IN Florence but then at the same time we wouldn’t have discovered the cute residential town of Empoli (10 min walk from hotel). The hotel is more catered to business travelling guests vs tourists like us. But they were still very accomodating.

nice and clean new hotel
Hotel is not too far from Empli city, but not easy to find. I booked this hotel but not include breakfast. But I did not know this until next moring.
