No free limo
Maybe we were naive, but they offered the car service to take us to nearby mall without mentioning the cost. We arrived and the driver asked for the $25.00 fee. No big deal, but a bit embarrasing for us. Other hotels we have stayed at offer this as a service or call a taxi. Worth noting for future guests.

Great Place to stay for Panther Games
This is an exceptional hotel. The room was wonderful, bedding was extremely comfortable. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge or microwave but overall it was great. The location is exceptional as well - lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Stadium is also very close.

Great place to stay in CLT
The hotel was easy to find from the interstate and was within walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I definitely recomend it and will stay there next time I’m in Charlotte.
