Great if you dont want to leave the resort
This hotel is somewhat run down (outdated). Apparently the resort lost all but 4 of their groundskeepers (this is a 14 acre property) so the grounds were not as pristine as could be. The rock pool had not been cleaned out and there was so much seaweed in the beach area that we left most days to go to a clean beach. The food was good, always a selection on the buffet. The drinks were good and as strong as you wanted them. Overall this is a good place for the money, they just need to do some work to get things clean. You cannot walk the main beah area.

Nice Hotel For The Price We Paid
The Hotel was just fine for the price we paid.It was clean and alot of room. The kids enjoyed staying at the resort. The ocean was clear and the kids played in the ocean while it was just raining it wasnt lightning or thundering. The food was ok it could have had a larger variety of food but you can always find something to eat.The kids want to go back next year so we are looking forward to booking another trip.We had a great tour guide from a local office in Negril.

Wounderful trip
It was my first time to Jamaica. My boyfriend and I had a great time at Point Villege resort where quidt and not crowded. The service was nice, people were kind and friendly, and the food was good enough for what we paid for. If you expect excellent service, food , and activities, you better go those expensive resort and pay the price.
Traveler's tip on shopping
We went to duty free shop to get some souvenir and lern if you want to buy liquor, wait till the airport duty free shop.
