extremly nice short term stay
We stayed at the motel for one night while travelling route 1. The motel was in a perfect location between Carmel and Monterey Bay, it was clean and comfortable. I can only recommend this motel.

SKIP THIS ONE
The owners are less than gracious and obviously ready to do something other than run a hotel. The couple who joined us on our trip had their bed break the second night. We were informed the breakfast menu catered to bus tours so since no tour the second day less breakfast. Do yourself a favor skip this one.
Comment from the hotel's management
Posted: 27-Oct-09My first response would be to question why these guest had another couple join them. They paid for only two people. Our bedding is four years old and in excellent condition. The Tour bus companies recommend certain things for breakfast depending on the country they are from. Our standard items are always available. This includes freshly made waffles, two types of cereal, wheat/white toast, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Thank you,
Scott W, Owner
