FYI NOT HOTEL ITS A CONDO!
We did know its was a condo going in. It was nice and met all our needs, but after seeing the condos in the same building that our friends had rented through the private owners they were much nicer. Better up keep. Since its a condo no maid service, room service ect. Full kitchen which is nice if you have a kid in tow. Over all we liked it and would stay there again.

Nice place, great location, tough to get checked in
Love the River Run Condos. They are in a great location and well maintained. Ive stayed there before and will definitely stay there again. Checking in was tough through ResortQuest though. I received no special information regarding wher to check in. You must go to their office right behind the condos, not the condo registration desk or the Keystone Lodge.
Traveler's tip on dining
Make sure to make a reservation one night at the Keystone Ranch for dinner. It is an amazing experience that will take several hours and will be a highlight of your trip.

Kind of shabby
The hotel (condo) was adequate. The amenities were nice. It was within walking distance of the gondola, close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the hot tubs, and the convenience of the ski locker. The furnishings of the condo were worn, and even the linens appeared to be in need of replacement (the sheets were frayed, the blankets were fuzzy, and just obviously over-used). I love Keystone, but I probably would not choose to stay here again.
