IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIMPLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ROOM I.E THE PLUG IN OUTLET IN THE BATHROOM DOESEN’T WORK MAYBE A SPEED DIAL ON THE PHONE WOULD BE BETTER THAN TRYING TO DIAL A PHONE THAT IS COMPLICATED AT BEST.
