Check-in is at 3 PM but cannot be guaranteed until 6 PM.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 and must occupy the rental the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian; restrictions may apply. Restrictions may apply during Spring Break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
A limited damage waiver fee of $40/stay is included in the room rate.
