room beautiful, service scanty
listed as "ocean view, pool view" if you stretched you may see a corner of both, but its a stretch. we came in at 6pm and the lobby was closing so we were just handed a package with our room key, we didnt know what the parking pass code was, the next day we couldnt get into our room because "late" arrivals had to report to the office the next day, noone told us that, so we had to find someone to help us out, second day they gave us the pass code to the car gate and walking gate. wouldve been nice to have a info booklet telling us these things. the room was clean and beautiful, very comfortable and festive, everything worked well, except our neighbors above us were very loud. walking distance to the beach across a road and past a restraunt, pool was very nice and deck across the road very nice to view the beach without the sand.
Traveler's tip on dining
we loved the tuna dip, especially in panama city where most places serve it with nacho chips and jalepenos, but it is a must have when dining.

Awesome Condo
My family & I had our 1st stay in a condo. It was great. Clean and neat. It was equiped with everything. If we go back to Destin, we will stay at Sterling Shores. The pool was awesome. I felt very safe there.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
We brought our own umbrella for the beach. You don’t get front row, but you save $25.00 a day. Some even brought an Easy Up.
