Business Trip
I got in Sunday evening because I had a business meeting early the next morning. At about 8:30 pm there was a loud noise, only to realize that I was next to the laundry room. I’m sure other rooms were available. To make matters worse, the clerk refused to give me a receipt when I was ready to check out. I explained that it was a business trip and I needed a receipt to expense my room. After much hesitation she finally gave me one, but adding that she is not supposed to do it. Anyway, I will not stay there again.

I will return again.
The hotel was very clean and the service I received was great. I did not like having to wait in the morning to get my room checked before I could leave. I believe there could be a better way of doing that. Some people may be in a hurry and having to wait an extra ten minutes is a bit of a delay. Overall though my experience was great. The front desk help was wonderful because I didn’t get in until very late and had my two children with me asleep in the car and she was very fast and helped me expedite getting my room so that I could get my kids upstairs to bed.
