Know Before You Go
Guests must be 25 years or older to check in. Photo identification is required. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
During Spring Break (March 3 to April 24) there must be one parent/legal guardian for every two persons under the age of 25. Reservations made by parents/legal guardians who do not check in, and parents leaving overnight is not allowed.
Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit the total amount of the reservation.
Special Check-In Instructions
The check-in office is located at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 100, Destin, FL. See Location page for driving directions.
The check-in office is open daily from 9 AM–5 PM. Guests planning to arrive outside normal hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival for late check-in instructions.
Guests can receive detailed instructions by contacting the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

Property Amenities
Mediterranea of Destin is a Gulf-view resort located three miles from Baytowne Golf Club. A tropically landscaped courtyard with 3,000-square-foot Gulf-view lagoon pool and spa are on site. The resort also has beach access, which is accessible via the boardwalk. Recreational amenities include a fitness facility and tennis courts. |
