Loved it
If you are looking for swanky and snobby, this is not your hotel. But if you are looking for a spacious suite with a wide panoramic view of the ocean and/or casinos right on the Boardwalk for an inexpensive price, this is your place. We had the one bedroom suite and it holds four people very comfortably. The living room was huge for a hotel, the kitchenette had everything you need (normal sized refrigerator, not mini-fridge), and the shower worked well (there was a separate shower and jacuzzi). Queen-sized bed in the separate bedroom with queen fold out sofa in the living room. Only disappointment was not having the windows in the bathroom door that some people mentioned, more out of a curiosity sake since we had never heard of anything like it before. Maybe next time because we will definitely go there again.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
An added plus of being on this part of the Boardwalk was not only the proximity to many casinos but being about 100 yards away from the secret little gem bar of AC, the Irish Pub. Good food, good drinks, good people all at an absurdly low price ($1 domestic drafts, $4 cocktails, $2.50 soup and sandwich lunch special). It is a great place for day drinking before hitting the casinos or staying all thru the nite. Spacious patio with two gazebos in warm weather months. Great place, great times...

Run-down, re-model needed!!!
Our motel room had a great ocean view--but that was it. The room was run down, unclean, and in great need of a re-model. The motel as a whole smelled funky. The restaurant that is advertised for the hotel was closed, which left all dining to the boardwalk. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend this hotel. We could have stayed at a casino hotel for what we paid for this place. Plus you had to pay for internet.

Nearly ancient
This hotel is badly in need of remodeling. The air conditionser, carpets, & bathrooms are outdated and quite worn out. Great access to Boardwalk and beach.
