Great Location - comfortable. Perfect for small family
Perfect location - not far from anything, yet not in high traffic area. Apartment with balcony and kitchen perfect for small family. On site pool, workout and spa treatments a plus. Short walk to ski shuttle.
Ground floor ski lockers convenient. Grocery store walkable distance away. Ideally get room away from elevator - noisy.

Noisy hotel, but good location
This was an apartment that had two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. This place was tiny. It was rated for 6 people, but we were cramped with four. We had wanted to cook dinner most nights, but ended up going out most nights because it was just too small. An even bigger problem was the noise. Thin walls, heavy traffic noise and we heard the elevator all night long.

Great place to stay!
The rooms at La Ginabelle are clean, convenient and affordable. By convenient, I am referring specifically to the kitchenette complete with stove, small oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and an array of cooking and eating utensils. I don’t know if all the rooms have this, but ours had a balcony with a table and chairs... a great place to read and enjoy a cup of coffee and a grand view of the Alps! The hotel is located within 100 yards of the very nice train station, and though we were traveling by car, we decided it would be quite convenient if coming to town by train, loaded with luggage. And except when we walked or drove past the station, we completely forgot it was there, so no need to worry about the noise. The hotel is also located close to the beautiful heart of Chamonix, perhaps a bit over 100 yards away. In short, we would certainly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to return to Chamonix. Enjoy!
