Visit to Ybor City
The hotel was a great location for the Ybor City event I attended. It was clean and convenient. I would definitely go back. My only complaint would be the customer service. Everyone was pleasant but it was like pulling teeth to get information from them. Because of the event, there were certain enterances and exits that the customer could use, I walked around the building three times (2 of which I asked for help). It would have been nice for them to be ’prepped’ for such an event and offer information to the people checking in. The hotel is also very secure. All enterances require the room key to get in; however, this way not explained. I got stuck on a wrong floor (that i had to go to because the ice machine was out) and could not get through without the help of another customer. It would just be nice to have the staff have a little script they follow to inform customers about things they need to know. I heard the same complaints from other customers.
