Good place for the price
The hotel is good for the price you pay. It is fairly centrally located. It is within a 15-20 minute walk of all the sights. The metro stops about three blocks away (3 minute walk). The hotel was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
Traveler's tip on dining
Try the great seafood resturants on Place Saint Catherine. Take the metro to the Saint Catherine stop or walk about 10 minutes from the Grand Place. The seafood was great. Try the chocolate mousse...awesome!

Overpriced
Too small and noisy for the price. Staff was nice, though.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
The check in staff did not acknowledged us when we tried to check in, they made us feel as if we were interrupting their conversation, one person remained seated reading a newspaper, nice welcome! The room was a "1" at most, dirty old carpeting, lumpy bed, strange array of furniture--none that matched. We went down to breakfast at 9:00 a.m., it was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m. there was very little food left out and the staff did not replenish anything in the next 1/2 hour. We asked for more coffee and they looked at us like we were asking for champagne. Very rude to us and the people who came down after us, all prior to 10:00.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The city is beautiful, the highlight was visiting the Market Square. We went at night and during the day, at both times it looks different and has a different ’vibe’, it is a "must do". Food was fabulous throughout and lots of diverse ethnic food to choose from...
