The best staff ever
Staff extremely friendly, hotel absolutely beautiful, has everything you need. Spa treatments great. Really good location, good selection of extra activities available. Great for a variety of guests - any ages, any group size or type. A really really wonderful place to stay on a beautiful island. Wish we’d been there longer.

Comfortable hotel at a good price
This hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonbaly priced. The staff is courteous and helpful in arranging trips. Internet connection in the room is a quite expensive. They do have a business center where you can access the internet at a more reasonable price.

Disappointing
Despite good recommendations for this hotel, it didn’t live up to our expectations. Even though we had a "remodeled" room, the toilet leaked throughout our stay -- even after it had been fixed twice. There were also ants in the bathroom. In addition, even though we had two small children, our room was placed right next to the hotel restaurant. We took the 15-minute long shuttle to the beach -- and it was about 100 feet in width. Also, we booked the hotel for the kids’ club, but we had to go to another hotel to use it. Our child only stayed for about 90 minutes. It looked like a basement, rather dark with few children. Finally, the breakfast buffet was not good. In the hotel’s favor: the grounds were well-kept, the service was fairly good and the pool was nice.
