OK, but certainly not 4 star.
Called the hotel in advance. They wouldn’t let us reserve adjoining rooms. Had to do it at check-in. This wouldn’t have been so bad but they then proceeded to send my wife, our sleepy tired 2.5 year old and my 10 & 15 year old neice and nephew to the wrong rooms. They were adjoining but didn’t have the right beds. 10:30 PM and we had to wait and wait for them to get that fixed. We requested a pack-and-play but they sent an old style crib instead. Oh well. Not a good first impression and not what I was in the mood for upon checking in at 10:30 with little kids. Self parking was a million miles away. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Close to the convention center. About 15-20 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. Nice rooms. Upper floors have nice views. Place was fine overall, but I expect more from a 4 star.

Good hotel
Good hotel in a good location. Service is also good. One advice - the staff should be knowledgeable about the rules on the tolls since there are so many in Orlando. First timers like me are not prepared with exact coins needed for these many tolls and missed a couple of them. Do I get a fine? how much? etc. - no one knew.

Best hotel. Close to all major attractions and airport. Clean and neat atmosphere. The staff is also corteous and professional
