clean, friendly, nice location
Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean. Close to Paddington station where you can get on the tube or train easily. Also, its within walking distance to Hyde park. Rooms are on the small side compared to typical american hotels, but was just fine for 2 once we got the luggage put away. Breakfast was okay- cereal, cold cuts, OJ, coffee, pastries. Would definitely return.
Its easy to get distracted by all there is to do and end up skipping meals. Pack some energy bars or other snacks to tide you over until you get time for a meal.

Great Location
Stayed for one night in a single room. Location is fantastic just a couple of blocks from Paddington Station. It must be the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. However the hotel and room were spotless and everything in the room was brand new and worked. Rooms have Freeview TV and Wireless Internet. Good continental breakfast. Recommended for a short stay when you are not spending much time in the hotel.

Quite OK considering the great location
2 minutes walk from Paddington station where I arrived from Heathrow airport. The hotel is clean and nice with opening windows overlooking Sussex gardens road. I stayed at a single room, which was small but not as claustrophobic as many nearby hotels of the same price category. Would recommend it to budget travellers, to others - nearby Indigo hotel is much better and 3 times more expensive :)
Traveler's tip on shopping
very close to Marble Arch and Oxford street, bus # 15 and 23 from Paddington will take you all the way through Oxford str and Regent str to Picadilly circus where you surely won’t miss any shops. Make sure you buy your Oyster travel card upon your arrival in London.
