clean and affordable
the staff are courteous and accomodating. the place is within walking distance to most of the major sites and the old town

Fantastic place to stay!
8 members of my family stayed at the St. George, 4 rooms. It was wonderful, couldn’t have been any better, especially for the price. The staff spoke excellent English and went beyond helpful. The location is terrific, very close to the metro, bus and tram. We were one metro stop from Wenceslas Square, 3 from Old Town. The rooms are very nice, breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the jacuzzi one night. One of my sons stayed nine days and the hotel sent up a bottle of champagne his last night. My husband and I will stay there next year when we visit our other son! The virtual tour is very accurate! Vickie and Gary from Arizona
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a restaurant, Legenda, less than two blocks away with a nice diversified menu in English. We booked transportation to and from the hotel with an English speaking transportation company suggested by another reviewer, it was like having another tour, very reasonable rates!
