The hotel was clean and in a decent area, but not very comfortable. I think you could probably find a nicer hotel for the same amount of money in Prague.

Great location!!!
Great room, pretty clean, bathed in sunlight during the day , very helpfull staff ( local uni students ). Its approx. 5 minutes walking to Wenceclas Sq., so its located ideally if you wish to walk around Prague.

Great hotel in okay location
We recently stayed at the Hotel Venezia for four nights and found it very nice for the price. The rooms are quite large, clean and attractive. The bed was not extremely comfortable, but not terrible either. The bathroom was huge and very well maintained. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast included was quite good. My only complaint was the hotel is slightly out of the tourist area of Prague (though a short walk) and if you get lost and head the wrong direction (as we did) you can quickly find yourself in an area of town that is not ideal.
