This hotel was a complete deception
They need to fix a lot of stuff, hair dryer was not working, door for toilet did not work. Breakfast was a joke, supposed to be a Continental breakfast but they only give you a cup of coffee or tea, and a piece of bread, besides that, server had her nails dirty and was in a very bad mood. It was the worst breakfast taken in Europe.

Very small
This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. You can literally wash your hands and go to the bathroom at the same time. I couldn’t even change my clothes in the bathroom because of the tight fit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the cramped quarters.

Nice experience
We were impressed with the courtesy and kindness of the staff. My son, who is 12 years old, was astonished someone could be so nice at the front desk. (Believe me we have traveled a lot and we have stayed at different hotels from 0 stars to 5 stars). They were very helpful, explaining how to get around Rome. They showed us our way around the city and the nearby. Don’t count with a huge breakfast!
