Would gladly stay there again,if ever visiting Vancouver in the future.
We enjoyde our stay there for the 2 days before our cruise to Alaska. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very hospitable and courteous, and most accomodatng. Went out of their way to help in anyway they could.
A must visit. The city of Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island. A one and a half hour ferry ride from Vancouver city. The Butchgart Floral Gardens there are most beautiful. Also, a downtown tour of the city of Vancouver, BC. Well worth the time. Beautiful city.

Good convenient location with free parking.
We stayed for 5 nights to visit relatives in Vancouver. GOOD: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with good access to different parts of Vancouver. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Free parking. Free breakfast, but you have to get there before 9 AM. We liked the hot tub also. IMPROVEMENT AREAS:The management should pay more attention to the maintenace of the room. The deadbolt lock did not close in our room. Despite several contacts to the front desk about this problem, they did not do anything about it during our five night stay. The breakfast was okay but would have been nice if they would serve it longer than 9 AM. We had a wake up call for 8:30 AM, but got the call at 5:30 AM instead.
