Terrible
This was the worst hotel we have ever booked. The room smelled, the heating/air conditioner did not work, the phone did not work and the staff could not be bothered when we voiced our concerns. My wife tried to call the room a number of times and the receptionist put the calls through knowing that the phone was out of order. When my wife asked about the phone working the receptionist was rude and did not try to help in any way. DO NOT stay at this hotel!
