Clean and well run
This hotel is a very good value for the money. Well located and kept very clean. Bedroom is small, but this is more than off set by it being a suite - a living area plus a pullman kitchen. Front desk is very helpful.

Great hotel for the budget conscious
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the price we paid. I would return without any hesitation. Yes, the bathroom is tiny. The breakfast was very nice and the free internet was an added bonus for me. Overall had a very nice experience in Santiago. Hope to return. The locals are very friendly.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Use the metro. It’s cheap and it’s clean.

great and safe location
Hotel is located in a safe and great neighborhood. It is very closed to the metro and bus stop. Walking distance to many of the American fast food chains. Living room is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Bathroom is very clean but small. Bed is not that comfortable. It needs new balnket.
