Could have been better...
Every town you go, Grand Hyatts r among the best hotels/ In bali, its just an average hotel in a good (hotel) neighborhood. Design is avergae, room size is ok but dated interior. Breakfast...man, awful with limited varieties. Lots of Russians for unknown reason, pools r dirty. Hope they’ll get better...

Great place for the entire family
We had a very comfortable 5 day stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Good choice of restaurants.The Balinese restaurant with dance performances at night is expecially nice. I would happily go back again and recommend it to others.

I think Hotel needs the makeover. The service is not good and staff attitude is worse. The property is beautiful.

Fabulous. Well worth the long flight to get there
invest in the ocean view room, it is well worth it.

Happy Hour at the pool side bar, half off mohitos. They were great!

great value for money
extremely gorgeous place. we staid for 9 nights in the club room. the staff - especially in the club lounge - where very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. at all time focussing on the the customer and trying to make us a very pleasant stay. nothing to complain about. we changed room after 1 night and no issues at all. explore that hotel!!

Excellent hotel, great place to relax and have fun. Location is awesome right on the beach and facilities are first rate. Most enjoyable holiday.
