Bad area of town.
This hotel is in a pretty rough neighborhood. I would avoid it. We felt uncomfortable there. It appears to be built in the courtyard of a very very old Days Inn which attracts a very rough crowd. There is another country inn and suites not far away I would try it instead. The construction and maintence was very rough also.

Reliable and comfortable
We’ve stayed here several times, and found the maintenance and service to be consistent. This is a good family motel.

Functional, but not much more
The hotel was an okay place to sleep for a couple of nights and shower in the morning. However, the sheets on the beds were literally threadbare, the shower curtain was too short for the shower and stuck to the showerer and left the bathroom floor a pool. The continental breakfast area had stale pastries, a wafflemaker that couldn’t be used, two boxes of Rice Krispies, bad fruit, and a trash can overflowing onto the floor.
