Impressed for the Price
I liked the location, away from the main touristy strip, which wasn’t much of a strip afterall. It is right near Bell Rock which is very photographic. The king size bed was comfortable and the room clean and pretty modern. Also included a microwave and fridge. I loved the Continental Breakfast as well. Although it was basic, it was very convenient. If I had these amenities in all of my rooms on this roadtrip, I could have saved a lot of money on meals. This was my favorite hotel/motel room of all the ones I stayed in. The perfect combination of value, quality, and location for me. Do NOT go to the tourist information across from the pool area in the back parking lot. It is a SCAM. Go to the one in the Gas Station instead, very nice.

Lost personal property.
I happened to forget a garment bag in the free standing wardrobe in the room, and did not realize my error for a couple of hours. Having checked out at 7:00 a.m. I realized that they had probably not rented the room. When I called inquiring about the bag, they stated that the maid had not found anything. A man named Tom who answered the phone and said that no-one was in the room, went over to check and informed me that it was not there. This was the beginning of a week-long trip...very inconvenient.
