Myself i am satisfied with the hotel
I am very familiar with Guam, i lived there and worked there for 12 years and the location of the hotel did not pose a problem for me, but for some one that is not familiar with Guam the location is kind of isolated.

July 2009 Stay
The hotel is centrally located. Considering the price it is comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel especially the fact that they allow pets, albeit at extra cost. The staff was friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. Great value for your money.
They allow pets in the room which is great for families that are moving to or from Guam.

fridge, microwave, iron all working nicely.. room was clean, staffs were helpful especially night auditor and all things were fine except a TV making noise, but i didn’t ask for a change cause i didn’t have much time to watch anyway.. I had a comfortable stay..
