Good for 1 or 2 nights - tops
Stayed here for one night on business and it served its purpose: cheap, little hotel in Hollywood close to tourist attractions. Definitely a budget stay. Downside: The reception desk was closed/locked promptly at 6pm until the next morning every night (but you can always knock on the managers door as someone will answer). Upside: This place has towels! Lots of them! Upon arrival a staff member knocked on our door to see if we needed anything. Small, cheap, clean. I would go back.

i was worried over some poor reviews. but it was not bad. parking is a pain in the butt though.
